These are the rules for Flare.
Basic Rules
1. You must check the forums for announcements and updates. We are not responsible for telling you what has been posted. If you do not check here and read the rules, you will not be excused if you break them.
2. Listen to the guild leader (and the second-in-command). If you cannot obey orders, you will be kicked from the guild. This includes WoE and any parties in-game.
3. No elitism. Do not trash talk other players and do not act like you are the best player on the server. We are not that kind of guild.
4. If you are going to be inactive for awhile, please post on the forums to let us know.
5. Follow the rules of the server. This includes all the rules involving client-side modifications (.grf editing) and other cheating.
6. Flare is a prejudice-free zone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. This includes phrases such as "gay", "nigga", or using the word "rape" as a synonym for "pwn".
7. Inactive players may be kicked from the guild if we need room. It is not personal; it is simply necessary.
8. Flare requires loyalty -- Your main WoE chara must be in Flare.
9. If you constantly ask for items or leeches, you will be warned. If it continues, you will be kicked. We like to help people, but we don't give free handouts.
WoE Rules
1. RO is for FUN. This counts double for WoE. If you aren't having fun, there is no point. Don't be afraid to ask to attack or defend. We listen to suggestions and ideas.
2. We expect you to WoE with Flare. We are obviously WoE active. People who don't WoE will be the first ones to kick when we are recruiting. If you are going to miss WoE, be sure to post on the forums.
3. Respect all players. Just because we fight a certain guild does not mean we hate that guild. And it does not mean you can talk down to them or be jerks to them. A lot of us have friends in the guilds we fight.
4. Work together with your team mates/guild members. Flare will grow strong and continue to be successful if we all work together with each other.
5. Do not insult others or give put-downs. WoE can be stressful, but we are a team and we are all doing our best. Insults don't help anything.
6. ALWAYS be respectful and grateful to the WoE warpers/buffers. They are sacrificing their time to help the guild. It is a hard job.
7. If there is even a hint of drama, talk to Wyrd or Nerim as soon as possible. Do not let it fester and get bigger without dealing with it.
